Planning for final task: Storyboard

This particular story board was hard. We had to do 70 boxes and make sure each of them was well put together. We all contributed to the story board and had quite fun doing it  Although we all contributed, only one person did the drawing. Hope you enjoy it!

  In this final task, we were told to base our movie clip on one single genre. The genre that me and my group mates chose to do was drama. We chose the genre because based on our ideas that we've came up with to base our film on, the drama genre fell right into it. I also believe that we chose this certain genre because we felt like this is one of the genres that nobody really uses. The main genres used for this project by other classmates are usually action, horror or thriller and our group just kind of wanted to be different. The drama genre is a very interesting genre in my opinion. In a drama film, it feels like it fits every other genre in one. For example, a drama film can include horror, some action and a bit of comedy in it also, but overall the film is dramatic and has many different things added and flipped around during the film. Introduction to the music video project

Hi, it's me again, Maiyah. Today is the day I begin my music video process. I decided to work with a partner. The reason I decided to work with a partner and not alone is because I figured it'll be more fun and also more easier. The person I will be working with is Aniya Smiff. I chose her as my partner because we already have a connection and we work well together. After we established that we would be partners, we started thinking about what song we could do together. I thought of songs like roar by Katy Perry but decided against them. After a while we decided that the song should be a duet. We originally thought we should do the city girls since they are a girl group. Storyboard: Vaseline commercial

First scene:  In the first scene, A female will wake up. She will wake up in her pajamas and do a big yawn. In the process of her waking up, she will be holding a brown teddy bear. The shot will be taken as a close up then a zoom out. Second scene: The first scene will then fade into the second scene. The girl will then come to the edge of the bed and sit. After she sits for about 0.5 seconds she will then stand up and walk out her room. In the beginning of the scene it will be a close up shot. As she walks out of her room the scene will then be taken as a panning shot. Third scene:  In the third scene, the girl will already be in the bathroom. While in the bathroom she will look at her self in a disgusted manner. This part of the scene will be taken as an over the shoulder shot.
